PITTSFIELD -- Berkshire Bank has hired five senior managers in the areas of consumer lending, business banking, branch administration, human resources, and wealth management.
Jacqueline Courtwright is been hired as vice president, human resources officer; Theodore DeConno Jr. is vice president, relationship manager/New York; Richard Di Lorenzo is vice president, retail loans operations manager; Kevin Inkley is senior vice president; and Janice Ward is vice president, wealth-management adviser.
Courtwright has 20 years of experience in human re sources, most recently at Citi zen’s Bank, where she served as vice president, human re sources business partner.
She holds a Bachelor of Sci ence degree in organizational leadership from the University of New England, and completed the Advanced Leadership Development Progam at Bab son College. Courtwright lives in East Greenbush, N.Y.
DeConno joins the bank’s commercial lending team in New York’s Capital District. He has 25 years of banking experience, mostly recently as senior relationship manager at TD Bank in Albany, N.Y. He has also served in similar capacities at Key Bank and HSBC.
A resident of Poestenkill, N.Y., DeConno holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and an accounting certificate from Siena Col lege.
DiLorenzo has more than 20 years of experience in consumer-lending management, most recently as vice president for consumer
At Berkshire Bank, DiLo renzo will manage retail-loan operations including collections, tracking and reporting. He will also manage the bank’s commercial loan origination functions.
A resident of Waterford, N.Y., DiLorenzo hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from St. Michael’s College, and is a member of the CUNA Lending Council.
Inkley has over 30 years of experience in retail and commercial banking, most recently at Rockland Trust Co. where he was senior vice president, director of residential sales and operations. In his new role at Berkshire Bank, Inkley will oversee all aspects of consumer loan processing and servicing.
Inkley attended Los An geles Community College and National University, and was honorably discharged from the U.S. Marine Corps where he served as a sergeant/battalion chief. He lives in Warwick, R.I.
Ward has more than 11 years of experience in trust and estate planning.
An attorney who is licensed to practice in both Massa chusetts and New York, Ward most recently served as vice president and trust officer for the Greenfield Savings Bank. Estate and trust planning will be her primary focus at Berkshire Bank.
A resident of Dalton, Ward holds a law degree from Western New England Uni versity and a Bachelor of Sci ence degree in business ad ministration from Mass achu setts College of Liberal Arts.
