PITTSFIELD -- In association with the state Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development, Berkshire Creative and 1Berkshire on Wednesday will a hold a full day of resource meetings for local creative businesses that are in need of access to information and support as they move forward.
The meetings will take place at 1Berkshire's headquarters in the Central Station building at 66 Allen St. They are part of a state-wide series of CreativeNext Resource Meetings that are organized by Massachusetts Creative Economy Industry Director Helena Fruscio.
The sessions are private and not open to the public. The participants were chosen by Berkshire Creative, which had invited local businesses organizations and individuals in creative industries to sign up for these sessions.

In these hour-long meetings, which take place between 9 a.m. and noon, each business will discuss challenges and opportunities they face with a panel of state and local business supporters.
Seven entrepreneurs and start-ups will also participate in a series of half hour office sessions with Fruscio that take place in the afternoon. These participants range from website and app designers to authors and animators. They will be guided to information about available business development resources that provide financial, legal, organizational, structural or other assistance.
