PITTSFIELD - Pittsfield Community Acupuncture (PCA) will be holding a public open house from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday in the Sunrise Studio, located above Nautilus Gym at 42 Summer St.

Discussion will include foods that benefit you in summer, restorative qi gong exercises, and participation in a free group acupuncture treatment.
