Pittsfield: Acupuncture open house is set

Pittsfield Community Acupuncture will be holding an open house on Thursday in the Sunrise Studio, which is located above the Berkshire Nautilus Gym at 42 Summer St. The event takes place from 5 to 7 p.m.

Foods that are beneficial in winter, restorative qi gong exercises will be discussed, while participants will have the opportunity to either watch or participate in free group acupuncture treatment.

Lenox: Winstanley had role in Conn. website

Winstanley Partners in partnership with a Connecticut-based firm has helped to revamp and launch a new website for one of Connecticut’s largest nonprofit human service agencies, the Hartford-based Community Renewal Team.

The new site offers quick navigation tools, access to resources and opportunities, videos and key contacts for the services provided at more than 60 programs throughout Central Connecticut.

Interactive search-by-town capability on multiple pages allows people to find services for which they qualify and locate the closest CRT offices. The entire site is completely bilingual with a simple toggle at the top of each page.

The site features approximately 200 separate Web pages that offer critical information, testimonials and applications.

CRT’s new YouTube channel is linked within the site adding the agency’s first social media component and delivering videos about its programs, events and news highlights.

Winstanley developed the site with CPRdesignco of East Hampton, Conn. The CRT home page is at www.crtct.org.

Williamstown: Moore rejoins investment firm

Laura Moore has returned to Dion Money Management as a senior vice president and wealth management adviser to the company’s wealth management team.

Moore, who has more than 25 years of industry experience, will work directly with prospective and current clients to develop investment portfolios designed to meet their financial goals.

A resident of Bennington, Vt., Moore holds a bachelor’s degree from Williams College.
