Pittsfield: Speaker named for BWM seminar
Andrea Wagner, a principal in Berkshire Sterile Manufacturing, will be the keynote speaker when Berkshire Wealth Management hosts a women and financial wellness seminar on Wednesday, Aug. 6.
The event takes place from 4 to 7 p.m. at Mazzeo’s Ristorante in Pittsfield. State Sen. Benjamin B. Downing, D-Pittsfield, will provide opening remarks.

Lenox: Donovan Motorcar celebrates 25th
Donovan Motorcar Service celebrated its 25th anniversary on July 19 with a gathering at 4 Holmes Road.
Owner Brian Donovan invited more than 250 customers from the business’s 25 years to attend the event.
Donovan left General Electric where he served as a manager of an engineering and manufacturing department to turn his passion for vintage cars and Jaguars into his own business. Donovan Motorcar Service currently has 13 employees.
Some customers brought their Donovan restored cars to the celebration.
Worthington: Hilltown interim director named
Eliza Lake, MSW, has been appointed interim executive director of Hilltown Community Health Centers. She is replacing Ed Sayer, DrPsy, who resigned after nearly 10 years of servce to pursue other opportunities.
Lake was previously the director of the HCHC’s community programs, and also served as grant writer. Before assuming those positions, Lake served for several years as an HCHC board member.
In her new position, Lake will supervise all departments of the health center.
The board has initiated a search for a permanent executive director.
Springfield: College offers real estate course
Springfield Technical College’s workforce development office is offering a state-approved course for those interested in becoming licensed real estate agents or brokers.
The program starts Sept. 16. Classes take place from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. Space is limited.
