Lee Chamber holding annual meeting
The Lee Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual meeting, board installation and awards dinner on Monday, Nov. 16 at Fiddleheads Grille at Greenock Country Club on West Park Street.
Cocktails and jazz begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by the annual meeting at 6:15. Dinner takes place at 6:30 followed by the board installation and award presentations at 7:15.
The cost is $50 per person, RSVP is required by Tuesday, Nov. 10. Information: www.leechamber.org.
Dinner and auction to benefit WMLA
The ninth annual dinner & auction to benefit Western Massachusetts Labor Action will take place on Saturday, Nov. 14 at The Apple Tree Inn in Lenox. The event begins at 5 p.m.
The guest chefs will be Laura Shack and Zee Vassos from Firefly, Brenda Torchio of Brenda & Co., and the Studious Baker. Charles Flint will auction off fine foods, theater tickets and more.
All proceeds benefit Western Massachusetts Labor Action's Holiday Campaign and year-round self-help programs run by and for WMLA's membership of low income workers in the Berkshires,

Women-owned businesses recognized
B&G Restaurant Supply of Pittsfield, and Onyx Speciality Papers of Lee have been named to the 2015 Top 100 list of Women-led Businesses in Massachusetts.
B&G was ranked 95th, and Onyx 96th. The list was compiled by The Boston Globe Magazine and The Commonwealth Institute.
Businesses are ranked based on a formula that includes revenue or operating budgets and other variables, including number of full-time employees in the state, workplace and management diversity and innovative projects.
United Personnel of Springfield, which has an office in Pittsfield, was ranked 17th. The Trustees of Reservations, which operates several state sites including Naumkeag in Stockbridge and Notchview Reservation in Windsor, was ranked 81st.
B&G and Onyx have previously been named to the list. The list is released annually.
