Women's Fund holding event on June 9
Pittsfield Mayor Linda M. Tyer and state Rep. Tricia Farley-Bouvier, D-Pittsfield, will be in attendance when the Women's Fund of Western Massachusetts hosts a gathering of Berkshire County women's leaders to support ongoing collaborations and activism in the region.

Three named to Shaker Museum Board
John Dax, Edward Spiro and Joanne Dunne Murphy have been named to the board of directors of Shaker Museum | Mount Lebanon by the organization's trustees.
Raised in Ohio, Dax has lived in New Lebanon since 1987 and has served on many boards and committees. He is currently the president of the Shaker Swamp Conservency Inc. and has been a lawyer in private practice since 1983.
Spiro is a civil litigator and partner at Morvillo Abramowitz in New York City and has many years of experience handling complex commercial litigation for individual and corporate clients. He lives in New York City and Old Chatham, N.Y.
Dunne Murphy moved to Old Chatham permanently in May 2015 after living in Vienna, Austria and London for more than 15 years. She worked at The Metropolitan Museum of Art from 1985-1989 in the department of medieval art.
