Debuting Sunday, January 14, 2007, with Adams, The Eagle will devote a look at each city and town in the Berkshires in a new feature called, "Our county, your town."

Continuing this Tuesday with Alford and concluding Aug. 14 with Windsor, each weekly installment will devote an entire page to an intriguing look at your town's current goings-on, interesting information about its history, and a revealing look at what lies ahead. Your town's vital statistics are also part of the package.

With communities featured in alphabetical order, "Our county, your town" will appear regularly on the front page of Section D on Tuesdays. E-Life, which has published in that spot, will go on hiatus for 31 weeks, while technology news will continue to receive attention in other parts of the newspaper throughout the week. "Our county, your town" will also be showcased each Tuesday online at www.berkshireeagle.com.
