The conference is from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 2, at Berkshire Hills Country Club.
Blake, of Tucson, Ariz., has been a consultant with several universities and institutions in his home state, most notably the University of Arizona and Sierra Tucson, a private psychiatric hospital in Tucson.
Conference registration is $89, or $75 when sending three or more people from the same organization. Continuing Education Credits are being provided through Berkshire AHEC and CEU's are available for social workers, licensed mental health counselors and nurses.
Family members of those affected by learning disorders and or AD/HD are encouraged to attend.
