PITTSFIELD - Here is Pittsfield Police Officer Marc E. Maddalena's police report on the Dec. 8 hit-and-run accident, which left Peter Moore, 45, of Pittsfield, seriously injured. On Monday, a judge advanced charges of leaving the scene of a personal injury accident and driving to endanger against the car's driver, Meredith Nilan, 24, of Pittsfield.
