PITTSFIELD -- A 38-year-old woman pleaded not guilty on Monday in Central Berkshire District Court to disorderly conduct for allegedly exposing herself to passersby on North Street Saturday night.
According to a Pittsfield Police report, Rachel Gagnon, 38, who is listed as homeless in court documents, was arrested at Palace Park on North Street Saturday night at about 9:15.
On Monday, she appeared in court with attorney Joshua C. Hochberg and pleaded not guilty to a single count of disorderly conduct as a second offense. Gagnon was convicted of disorderly conduct earlier this month in the same court.
Gagnon was released on personal recognizance by Judge Bethzaida Sanabria-Vega and is scheduled to be back in court on Sept. 27.
