PITTSFIELD -- A bicyclist suffered minors injuries after being struck by a hit-and-run driver Tuesday evening, police said.
Shortly after 7 p.m., the male biker, whose identity wasn't immediately known, was riding near the intersection of West Street and Dewey Avenue, when he was hit by an unknown vehicle.
The man was taken to Berkshire Medical Center for treatment of a contusion to one of his arms, according to police.
Investigating officers say the victim was unable to give a description of the vehicle, as it was too dark to see.
