WESTFIELD (AP) -- Massachusetts State Police have canceled an Amber Alert for a 3-month-old Westfield girl.

Authorities say her mother, who does not have legal custody, took her.

Police say 28-year-old Cheryl Kozaczek left her home at about 1 a.m. Wednesday with 3-month-old Gaebria Kozaczek. Cheryl Kozaczek was taken into custody on Wednesday afternoon; the daughter was found safe.
