Though Mother Nature played a cold trick on us, treat-giving is still on the agenda for Halloween. There are no known cancellations of activities due to weather as of Monday morning. Families participating in Trick-or-Treat on Monday are reminded to dress warmly, as tonight's temperatures will be in the low 30s. Home and property owners should be mindful to keep their sidewalks and driveways clear and well-lit. All are reminded to watch and walk carefully, due to snow and ice. Drivers should also take precaution to slow down for pedestrians crossing the road, particularly during the hours between 5 and 8 p.m.
