Two members of the Court Margaret Catholic Daughters of the Americas have been named winners in both the local court and the state court’s poetry and photography contests.

Mary Crane of Williamstown won first prize for her poem both locally and in the state contest. The poem will be forwarded to national headquarters to be judged nationally.

Justyna Carlson won first prize in photography in the local court and second prize in the state contest.

Court Margaret will hold an indoor picnic for all Catholic Daughters in the area at 1 p.m. Thursday, July 10, at St. Elizabeth’s Parish Center.
