For the show, costume designer Jared Aswegan is creating 14 costumes based on research, exploring the world of men's and women's clothing of the 15th century inspired by the paintings of Jan van Eyck, Hans Memling and Rogier van der Weyden.
Anne Bertrand-Dewsnap, who teaches art history at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., will give a historical commentary on the period while models present the custom clothes.
Tickets for the fashion show and refreshments are $25 for advance reservations and $30 day of the event. Refreshments will include hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar for wine and beer.
