A free training on how to access and utilize the Berkshire Benchmarks Data Clearinghouse, a program funded by Berkshire United Way, will be offered from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 31, at the Berkshire Community College Computer Lab, 78 Center St.

This clearinghouse provides a central one-stop-shop for those who need data on the region and promotes data consistency, quality, and accessibility, making it a valuable resource for grant writers, particularly in a challenging economy.

Seats are limited. For reservations, contact Mark Maloy with the Berkshire Regional Planning Commission at 413-442-1521, ext. 29, or mmaly@berkshireplanning.org.
