GREAT BARRINGTON -- Berkshire International Film Festival (BIFF) is seeking submissions of feature, documentary and short films for its eighth annual festival, May 30 through June 2, at Triplex Cin ema, Mahaiwe Per forming Arts Center, Bea con Cinema and other venues throughout Great Barrington and Pittsfield.

Submissions deadline is March 1, 2013. Selected films will be chosen by the end of March and announced in April.

The 2013 festival plans to showcase nearly 75 of the best films that are currently being produced in independent filmmaking.

The festival will once again feature an audience award and a juried prize for documentary and narrative feature films sponsored by GWFF.

The juried prize will carry a $5,000 cash award.

Films may be submitted by sending the completed forms to P.O. Box 237, Great Bar ring ton, MA 01230.
