Alford Fire Department

When: Sunday, Oct. 7, from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. (Always the Sunday of the Columbus Day weekend.)
Where: At the fire station, 86 North Egremont Road.

Egremont Fire Department

What: Pancake breakfast.
When: Always on Palm Sunday, 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
What: Steak Roast prepared by the Old Mill and John Andrews restaurants: 14-ounce strip steak, salad, baked potato, garlic bread, SoCo ice cream sundae with Old Mill chocolate sauce, non-alcoholic beverages.
When: Always the first Sunday after Columbus Day weekend. Sunday, Oct. 14, from 4 to 8:30 p.m.
Where: Outside the fire station; under a tent if it rains; 36 Main St./Route
Donation: $25 adults; children $12.50; tickets available at the door.
Great Barrington Fire Department

Where: At the playground across the street from the South Lee firehouse, 1380 Pleasant St./Route 102 at the corner of Church Street.

Monterey Fire Company
