Gov. Deval Patrick has called for a delayed start time for non-emergency state employees working in executive branch agencies for 10 a.m. on Tuesday.

North Adams

North Adams city offices will open at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, including City Hall, the library and Mary Spitzer Center.

Frog Lotus Studio in North Adams will have no morning classes. Contact the studio for afternoon and evening hours.
