While I appreciate your edition of Sept. 12 taking note of the Rosh Hashanah holiday and its special foods, did you have to choose an article that made a recipe with bacon?

I found this quite offensive, especially in light of the literally hundreds of Jewish cookbooks available that would give more appropriate recipes.
