Obama depends on teleprompter

If nothing else, the president debate Wednesday night confirmed one thing that was quite evident. President Obama does give a good speech, but without his teleprompter our apologizer in chief doesn’t seem to be able to function.

I will give him credit though, not once did he give his usual "its all Bush’s fault."
