In September of 1968 during the Vietnam War, I was drafted into the U.S. Army. In my training I had to fire M16 rifles, M50 and M60 machine guns. I saw first-hand the destruction these weapons can inflict in a short period of time.
If you’re not convinced by the recent Sandy Hook massacre that military weapons have no place in the hands of civilians, then sadly, I’m afraid you never will be. Once again it’s time for change. BILL KERWOOD
