McCarthy victim of petty politics

Attorney Michael McCarthy is a good man who should have been approved as a Berkshire County judge no matter who is in the political arena. Something is clearly wrong when a very few politically selected people can pass judgment on anyone, let alone a person whose career goals and life decisions are at stake.
