To whomever killed our dog on March 5 on Old Stockbridge Road in Lenox, it would have been decent of you to at least stop your car and show that you cared. I really don’t understand how anyone can do something like that, but maybe going over 50 mph in a 35 mph zone, you didn’t even know.

Old Stockbridge Road has become a shortcut for many, with speeds over 50 mph. I have spoken to neighbors and we’ll be watching and looking at license plates. This won’t bring back my loving, adorable dog Lucy, but hopefully it will prevent someone else from the pain of such an enormous loss.
