Eversource provides a quick response

To the editor:

Thumbs up to Eversource for its prompt response to approve the turn-on of the photovoltaic system at my sister's house next door to mine. Even though the installers say that the electric company is slow to approve a system turn-on, this is the second time in my experience that Eversource, previously Western Mass Electric, was prompt in approving a system turn-on, once they received all required information from an installer.

Safety is important and Eversource should be a stickler in all required documentation. Two years ago I installed a PV system and at that time, just as today, it was the installer's incomplete paperwork that slowed the process.
