LENOX -- The Berkshires newest summer music festival, SummerSound - Memorial Day Weekend Live @ Tanglewood, is set for May 26.

The festival will feature artists from Northampton to New York who will take the stage starting at noon.

In addition there will be food and drink from various Berkshires purveyors.

Artists performing include:

n Jamie Kent, a 25-year-old Northampton-based singer-songwriter who is currently collaborating with his band, Jamie Kent & The Options, to cultivate strong folk rock, Americana, and funk influence sound;

n Heather Maloney, a singer-songwriter also based in Northampton;

n Skyfactor, an East Vilage band whose music has been picked up by MTV's "Teen Mom," NBC's "The Voice," and SiriusXM, who picked the band to be the subject of an exclusive live concert broadcast from The Living Room in New York City.

n Billy Keane, who came to the Berkshires in the summer of 2009 to record his debut solo album, "The Pine Street Sessions."

SummerSound is operating in conjunction will the Memorial Day Marathon Races.
