The Council on Aging invites grandparents and their grandchildren to "Scary Tale and Tunes" at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 30, at the Hinsdale Public Library.

Storyteller Cynthia Oligny will be joined by folk singer Bruce Mandel for an evening of Halloween entertainment.

Grandchildren can wear their Halloween costumes and a prizes will be given for best costumes. Refreshments will be served.
