PITTSFIELD — Commissioner of the Department of Public Utilities Bruce Collingwood today announced the construction project on Hancock Road will resume Thursday morning at 7 a.m. for a full day of milling and other work.

Traffic delays may occur throughout the day. Beginning at the intersection of Highland Avenue and continuing to North Street, crews will work on certain areas of the road and then repave those areas.

Police will be on site to help direct traffic.
