The Pittsfield Family YMCA announces open registrations for its Strength & Flexibility for Athletes program. The session runs from 10 to 11 a.m. on Sundays, Feb. 17 to March 24.

Sessions will incorporate core workouts, strength training, plyometrics, yoga, and stretching.

Instructor Joanna Ezinga holds a master’s degree in educational psychology and is a USATriathlon Certified Level 2 Coach and a certified personal trainer.

The cost is $30 for members and $55 for non-members. Register at the Y.
