The Williamstown Rural Lands Foundation’s Harvest Hoedown, its largest fundraiser of the year, will be held Saturday, Sept. 7, beginning at 6 p.m., at the WRLF’s Sheep Hill headquarters on Route 7.
Shuttle parking will be at the former Taconic Restaurant, at the junctions of Route 2 and 7, just south of Sheep Hill.
For the fourth year, Cliff and Senta Brodeur and the Square One Band with guest Bobby Sweet will play and call the square dance.
A barbecue will be provided by Williamstown’s Bee Hill Culinary Services.
The silent auction will feature dinners at local restaurants and HD Opera series tickets at the Clark, vacation stays, cases of wine, and fine art and craft. An auction preview event will be held at Sheep Hill from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 6, with sealed bid and Buy Now options.
Harvest Hoedown is open to the public. Reservations by Sept. 1 are required. Ticket prices are $75 each, $60 for WRLF members. Ticket price includes dinner, drinks and dancing.
