Due to the government shutdown, Berkshire Conservation District's monthly meeting scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 15, at 4 p.m. at 78 Center St., is canceled. The office is closed until further notice.
The district annual meeting and benefit dinner is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12, at Zucchini's Restaurant, featuring a talk on biodiversity by Scott Jackson, professor of Ecology at UMass Amherst. Tickets are $28.
