The Railroad Street Youth Project’s annual Culinary Celebration will take place at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 9 at Route 7 Grill. This special benefit event celebrates and supports the RSYP Culinary Arts Apprenticeship Chefs.

The student chefs have honed their culinary skills under the guidance of Mentor Chefs Brian Alberg of The Red Lion Inn and Dan Smith of John Andrews: A Farmhouse Restaurant, and guest Chefs Daire Rooney and Rachel Hunt.

Student chefs will prepare a five-course tasting menu. The evening also includes wine, hors d’oeuvres and a cheese tasting by Rubiner’s Cheesemongers.
