Berkshire Community College’s South County Center will offer an array of new credit courses and non-credit workshops for the spring 2014 semester as well as Saturday office hours and course offerings.

Beginning Jan. 18 through May 17, the South County Center will be open and staffed on Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to allow current students to access the computer lab, advising, registration, student billing and tutorial services or to use the Center for individual or group study.

In addition, three new classes will also be offered on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon including: Ornithology; Introduction to Studio Art; and History of Chinese Civilization.

Many other credits courses will also be offered at the SCC.

BCC’s spring 2014 semester begins Jan. 21. Registration is open through the first week of classes, however it is advised that students register by Jan. 18.
