Nomination papers are now available at the town clerk’s office for the annual town election scheduled for Monday, May 5.
Nomination papers must be filed by 5 p.m. on Monday, March 17. Offices appearing on the town election ballot are as follows:
Moderator: One one-year term; Selectman: One three-year term; Treasurer/Collector: One two-year term; Assessor: One three-year term; Board of Health: One three-year term; Library Trustees: Two three-year terms and one two-year term; Park Commissioners: Two three-year terms; Planning Board: One five-year term; Cemetery Commissioner: One three-year term; Housing Authority: One five-year term; Redevelopment Authority: One five-year term.
Also, Northern Berkshire Regional Vocational School District Committee: One three year term; Adams-Cheshire Regional School District Committee: One three-year term for Adams representative and one three-year term for Cheshire representative.
