At Southern Berkshire District Court on Thursday:

Jennifer Berk, 39, Taconic Avenue, Great Barrington, had two charges dismissed on the premise of nolle prosequi for breaking and entering building at night (felony) and larceny over $250.

Gregory Lawson, 31, Wellington Avenue, Pittsfield, admitted to sufficient fact to a second OUI. He will lose his license for 45 days, pay $600, and pay $65 a month while on probation. He had a charge of unlicensed operation of motor vehicle dismissed on the request of the Commonwealth.

Glen Burdick, 32, Miller Avenue, Sheffield, consented to a guilty judgment from the court for a deer tagging violation and a fish and wildlife violation. He was also found guilty without his consent for an additional fish and wildlife violation. He will pay $350.

Jean Paul Gingras, 21, Salisbury Road, Sheffield, admitted to sufficient fact to an OUI. He will lose his license for 45 days, pay $600 and pay $65 a month while on probation.

Cody Kern, 25, North Plain Road, Housatonic, admitted to sufficient fact to driving with a suspended license, a suspended registration, and an uninsured motor vehicle. He will pay a $50 assessment charge and $50 a month for probation through April 7, 2014.

Adam Zamberletti, 25, Park (B) Street, Housatonic, admitted to sufficient fact to a firearm license violation. He will pay $50 to the court and $50 a month for probation through May 5, 2014.

Terance Brown, 31, Madison Avenue, Pittsfield, admitted to sufficient fact to operating an unlicensed motor vehicle, having an unlicensed motor vehicle, a number plate violation to conceal. He had a charge of receiving stolen property dismissed and he was found not guilty for having an unregistered motor vehicle. He will pay $200 and he will be under probation through May 5, 2014.
