In Northern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday:

Jason Belanger, 29, of Blackstone Road, Florida, had a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle continued without a finding until May 12, 2014. Belanger was fined $50.

Elizabeth Young, 49, of Prospect Street, North Adams, had charges of a number plate violation to conceal ID and an uninsured motor vehicle continued without a finding until June 20, 2014. Young was fined $50, and found not responsible for an unregistered motor vehicle.

Krystyna Rosario-Dewing, 26, of Brown Street, Adams, had charges of class A drug possession and being present where heroin is kept continued without a finding until July 22, 2014. Rosario-Dewing was fined $50.

Joseph Cellana, 26, of Holbrook Street, Adams, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license continued without a finding until June 20, 2014. Cellana was fined $50.

Gerald Darling, 47, homeless, of North Adams, had a charge of disturbing the peace, second offense, dismissed for a failure to prosecute.

Nicolas Paris, 24, of Frost Road, Washington, admitted to sufficient facts on charges of operating under the influence, failure to stop, and speeding, that were continued without a finding until April 22, 2015. Paris was fined $600.

Leeann Carver, 33, of Arnold Place, North Adams, was found guilty of disorderly conduct, subsequent offense, and sentenced to two days in jail, with two days of credit for time already served.

Daniel Borer, 38, of North Adams, had charges of defrauding an innkeeper over $100, wanton destruction of property over $250, and larceny over $250 dismissed upon payment of $3,000 in restitution.

n Eric Bailey, 34, of State Road, Great Barrington, had a charge of leaving the scene of property damage continued without a finding until June 20, 2014. Bailey was fined $50, while a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration was dismissed.

Philip Cantelon, 43, of Main Street, Williamstown, had a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle continued without a finding until May 2, 2014. Cantelon was fined $50, and found not responsible for a motor vehicle lights violation.

Jose Gonzalez, 42, of Prospect Street, North Adams, had charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, number plate violation to conceal identification, and uninsured motor vehicle continued without a finding until June 20. Gonzalez was fined $50, and found not responsible for an unregistered motor vehicle.
