The Albany Berkshire Ballet will present its spring concert of diverse classical and contemporary dance Friday, May 2, at The Egg in Albany, N.Y., and Saturday May 3, at the Colonial Theatre. Curtain time at both theaters is 7:30 p.m.

Company regulars will be joined by dancers from Alabama’s Montgomery Ballet, the Spartanburg Ballet in South Carolina and Florida’s Orlando Ballet.

Rounding out the program is a classical rendition of excerpts from "Swan Lake" restaged by Australian native and former ABB dancer Darren McIntyre, artistic director of the Montgomery Ballet. Six dancers will perform the new work based on Tchaikovsky’s 1895 revised score with choreography after Petipa.
