Local seniors can learn about Elder Law issues at a free event scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 6, at the Mary Spitzer Center, 116 Ashland St. The program will be presented by Attorney James R. Loughman.
Discussion topics include estate planning, Medicare and Medicaid, and nursing home entry. A time for questions will follow.
The program is part of the statewide Elder Law Education Program presented by the Massachusetts Bar Association. This year’s topic is "Taking Control of Your Future: A Legal Checkup."
