In Southern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:
Matthew Coburn, 32, of 377 Water Farm Road, Sheffield, submitted to facts sufficient for a guilty finding for one count each of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle a possession of a class A substance in connection with an incident on March 31. He was fined $500 and his case was continued without a finding.
Nathan P. Lopes, 21, of 12 Wright Lane, Housatonic, submitted to facts sufficient for a finding of guilty to one count of possession of a class C substance. He was fined $600. One count each of trespassing, assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct were dismissed at the request of the Probation Office.
In Northern Berkshire District on Wednesday:
Todd Belleau, 43, of Simonds Road, Williamstown, was found guilty of violating an abuse prevention order, possession of a firearm without a firearm identification (FID) card, possession of ammunition without an FID card, and improperly storing a firearm. Belleau was sentenced to six months in Berkshire County Jail & House of Correction.
Gary Bellows, 38, of River Road, Clarksburg, had three charges of violating an abuse prevention order continued without a finding and dismissed. In a second case, Bellows had charges of violating an abuse prevention order and intimidating a witness dismissed. In a third case, Bellows admitted to sufficient facts on two counts of violating an abuse prevention order that were continued without a finding. Bellows was fined $50.
Donald Kowalczyk, 43, of Ventura Avenue, Pittsfield, had charges of breaking and entering in the daytime for a felony and violating an abuse prevention order dismissed for a failure to prosecute.
Catherine Wheeler, 52, of Depot Street, Bennington, Vt., admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of disorderly conduct that was dismissed without a finding until July 14, 2014. Wheeler was fined $50.
Thomas Rondeau, 22, of Walker Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license that was continued without a finding until June 13, 2014.
