In Berkshire Superior Court on Wednesday:
Logan Delisle, 19, of Pittsfield was arraigned before Judge John Agostini on three counts of rape of a child with force. He was released on $3,000 bail with the condition he have no contact with the alleged victim. Delisle is accused of assaulting a 15-year-old girl in Pittsfield on Dec. 12, 2015. The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
In Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:
Darryl Monroe, 42, of Winesap Road, Pittsfield, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on two counts of violating an abuse prevention order . He was sentenced to 45 days in jail with 8 days of credit for time already served.
Derrick Altman, 39, of River Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on two count of assault and battery of a police officer. He was placed on probation until Aug. 24 and fined $50. A miscellaneous municipal bylaw violation was continued without a finding and dismissed.
Lyn Gallagher, 33, of Phelps Avenue, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license that was continued without a finding until June 24. Gallagher was fined $50. She was found not responsible for a motor vehicle lights violation, not having a license in her possession, and speeding.
Alexander Bodossov, 56, of North Street, Williamstown, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of operating under the influence that was continued without a finding until Feb. 24, 2017. He was fined $600. Bodossov was also found not responsible for a marked lanes violation and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
