In Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:
Justyn Forrest, Sr., 23, of Arnold Court, Cheshire, had a charge of domestic assault and battery dismissed upon the request of the alleged victim.
Michael Nataro, 22, of Myrtle Street, Pittsfield, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle that was continued without a finding until April 15, 2016. He was fined $50. Nataro was also found not responsible for speeding.
In Southern Berkshire District Court on Thursday:
Charges of possession of a class C substance, possession of a class E substance and a license plate violation against Richard B. Decker, 29, of Walnut Street, Agawam, were dismissed by the Commonwealth.
Jeffrey Miller, 25, of John Street, Pittsfield, submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty to one count of shoplifting. He was fined a total of $100 and his case was continued without a finding until Sept. 19, 2016.
Nicole A. Wheeler, 38, of Balance Rock Road, Pittsfield, submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty to one count of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, second offense. She was fined a total of $665, ordered to surrender her license for 45 days and ordered to attend an alcohol education program. She was placed on probation until March 15, 2018. Charges of possession of alcohol in a motor vehicle and driving outside marked lanes were filed.
A charge of filing a false police report against Judy Lubanda, 52, of East Otis, was dismissed by the commonwealth.
In Northern Berkshire District Court on Friday:
Lisa Beckwith, 32, of Lincoln Street, Pittsfield, had a fugitive from justice without a warrant charge dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.
Tera Walley, 28, of North Holden Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of disturbing the peace and keeping a noisy or disorderly house. She was fined $350.
Presley Meinert, 37, of Amhurst Street, Manchester, N.H., admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of shoplifting by asportation and using a fake name when arrested. A fugitive from justice on a court warrant charge was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.
