WEST STOCKBRIDGE >> Peter Skorput has been re-elected to a three-year term on the Board of Selectman, defeating write-in candidate Robert Powell, 102-58.
In all, 10 incumbents were re-elected to town offices at the Monday's annual town elections.
No declared candidates challenged any of the incumbents; Powell was the only write-in candidate to receive votes in any of the 10 contests.
In the other races, Eugene Dellea was re-elected to a one-year term as town moderator with 156 votes; Ronni Barrett was re-elected to a three-year term as town clerk with 143 votes; June Biggs was re-elected to a three-year term as town collector with 154 votes; and Amy Butterworth was re-elected to a three-year term on the Board of Assessors with 151 votes.
Also re-elected were, Michael Skorput to a three-year term on the Finance Committee with 133 votes; Mitchell Greenwald to a five-year term on the Planning Board with 143 votes; Scott Sawyer to a three-year term on the Board of Health with 149 votes; Catherine Nihart to a three-year term on the library trustees with 141 votes; and Marion Loring to a three-year term on the Cemetery Commission with 150 votes.
