In the more recent case, Cohen admitted to raping a girl between September 2012 and January 2014, beginning when she was 15. The victim in that case is now 18, according to the DA's office. Those assaults took place in New Marlborough.
In all, Cohen pleaded guilty before Judge John Agostini to four counts each of rape and abuse of a child aggravated by an age difference and rape of a child with force, two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person over 14, and one count each of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 and assault with intent to commit rape upon a child.
