In Northern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday:

Sutye Vilayvanh, 18, of Angeli Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of larceny over $250 that was continued without a finding until Nov. 7. A charge of receiving stolen property over $250 was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

In Southern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday:

A charge of operating a motor vehicle after suspension of license against Holly M. Ongley, 39, of Jason Street, Pittsfield, was dismissed.

In Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:

Tiffany Roberts, 24, of West Main Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle that was continued without a finding until Nov. 7. She admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle that was continued without a finding and dismissed.

Brandy Buttlieri, 18, of Dalton Avenue, Pittsfield, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of violating an abuse prevention order continued without a finding until Feb. 24, 2017.

Jordan McDonald, 27, of Glen Street, Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license that was continued without a finding until Jan. 4, 2017.

Stephen Kowalczyk, 43, of Manners Avenue, Adams, had charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and not having an inspection sticker dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Nikolas Corbosiero, 24, of Howland Avenue, Adams, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Gregg August, 52, of Elmwood Avenue, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle that was continued without a finding and dismissed. He was found not responsible for a motor vehicle lights violation, failing to stop, and not having a license in his possession.
