In Northern Berkshire District Court on Monday:
Robert Anselmo, 31, of Sullivan Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of larceny under $250 that was continued without a finding until Nov. 2.
Jayson Gordon, 23, of Barbour Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license that will be dismissed upon payment of court costs. He was found not responsible for speeding.
Paul Gallagher, 36, of Beacon Street, North Adams, had charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and a number plate violation to conceal identity dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.
Alyssa Jakacky, 25, of Mohawk Forest Boulevard, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on charges of disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct that were continued without a finding until Nov. 2.
In Southern Berkshire District Court on Monday:
Russell J. Allison, 43, of Dewey Avenue, Pittsfield, submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty to one count of larceny over $250. He was ordered to pay restitution of $395 and his case was continued without a finding until Dec. 1, 2016.
Charges of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace against Joanne M. Levine, 70, of Bernard Gibbons Drive, Great Barrington, were dismissed.
Charges of exhibiting another's license and driving an uninsured motor vehicle against Christopher P. Jordan, 33, of Barlow Street, Canaan, Conn., were dismissed after paying court costs of $50. He was found not responsible to charges of driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to stop for a police officer, carrying an unsecured load and driving without a registration.
