Berkshire County's spring sports teams have a few days off before they learn where they'll be headed in the postseason later this week

Baseball and softball seed meetings are set for Tuesday at Northampton and Greenfield High School respectively. Boys and girls lacrosse coaches will hammer out brackets at South Hadley on Thursday while team tennis meetings are Wednesday. The boys tennis brackets will be determined at Sabis with the girls meeting taking place in Lenox.

In baseball, the Western Massachusetts final will be June 9 with the state semifinals to follow on June 12. The state championship is scheduled for June 16. Softball sectional play begins May 31 with state semifinals slated for June 12-14. The state championships will also be June 16 at Worcester State's Rockwood Park where Wahconah won a title last year.

The Western Mass. tennis championship will be held by June 10, leading up to state championship matches on June 13 and 14. The state championships in boys and girls lacrosse will be held June 15 at Worcester's Foley Stadium with Western Mass. finals also wrapping up by June 10.
