n The Wildcats improve to 6-0 with
a victory over St. Joseph’s.

LEE -- The Lee Wildcats, led by Lauren Richardson and Katie Morin, dominated St. Joseph’s, 25-15, 25-16 and 25-16 to improve to 6-0.

"We were very dominant," said Lee coach John Warner. "I wanted our girls to send a message to the rest of the league tonight.

"We still have some things to work on," said Warner. "Our passing isn’t as crisp as I’d like it to be, and our transition from offense to defense needs work."

Richardson had six kills and 12 assists, while Morin had 12 kills, three aces, three blocks and 10 assists. Vanessa Castillo added five kills, three aces and three digs for the winners. The Crusaders were led by Maddie Roulieer’s five kills and thgree aces and Elena Kelsey’s three kills and three digs.

Lenox 3, Pittsfield 1

LENOX -- The Millionaires edged the Generals after four tight games, 22-25, 25-18, 25-22 and 25-19..

"Pittsfield played outstanding defense tonight," said Lenox coach Ed Paquette. "But we had a good serving night. We were just a little better tonight."

Makaya White led the Millionaires (4-2) with a kill, five aces and 16 digs. Rachel Cogswell had three kills, 19 assists, five aces and two blocks, while Emma Jackson had seven kills and two blocks and Liz Mitts had 10 kills and six digs.

For PHS, Tiffany Robinson had seven kills, five aces, nine assists and six digs; Jasmine Carpenter had three digs and five kills and Megan Bodnar had three digs, four kills and two aces.

Monument 3, Greylock 0

GREAT BARRINGTON -- The Spartans won all three sets from Greylock 25-20, 25-22 and 25-19.

The Mounties led 13-16 in the third set but the Spartans (4-3, 3-3) outscored Greylock 12-3 to win the set and the match.

"We’re a senior team out there. We cover the court well," said Monument coach Steve Piazzo. "They have a lot of young kids who are still learning the game."

For Monument, Nicole Keefner had five kills, nine assists and three digs. Meaghan Prince had 10 assists and two digs while Rachel Couser had five kills and two digs.

For Greylock, Michala Dean led the way with 17 kills, 10 assists, 14 digs and four aces. Jenna Markland had 15 digs and Kelsey Hadley chipped in with two kills and eight digs.
