SHEFFIELD -- Mount Everett held off Hoosac Valley as long as it could despite a depleting roster, but the losses eventually caught up with them and Hoosac scored twice in the final three minutes to clinch the 3-1 victory.

"With our limited roster [15 guys], one injury kills you. After today, we had three guys sitting out," Everett coach Jesse Carpenter said.
