NORTH ADAMS -- Lucy Tremblay had another big night for MCLA. It was not, however, enough to get a win.

Tremblay scored a game-high 26 points and had seven rebounds, but visiting Western Connecticut outscored the Trailblazers by 15 points in the second half as the Colonials scored a 62-48 win Thursday.

MCLA (8-6) led 19-18 at halftime, but the Colonials put the game away in the second half with a 19-5 run.

Tremblay's statistical night was one for the books. She was 10 for 22 from the floor, scoring 26 points, but she also had 10 turnovers.

Western Connecticut (9-5) was paced by 15-point nights from Sha'Quira Palmer and Caroline Brasa.

Williams wrestling

WILLIAMSTOWN -- Five Williams College wrestlers are now listed in the New England Wrestling Association rankings.

Williams freshman Jorge Lopez is ranked first in New England at 149 pounds, while fellow freshman Tim Garripoli is currently ranked fifth at 157.

Tom Foote, who came into the week ranked No. 1 at 285 pounds, is now ranked second.

Ces Antista is ranked second at 141, while Kaison Tanabe is fifth at 133.

As a team, Williams is ranked fifth in New England, one spot behind Wesleyan. They are the only NESCAC schools in the NEWA top 10.

Springfield College is No. 1.
